City Hosts Second Annual Live, Love, Thrive Women’s Conference

livelovethriveThe City of West Hollywood will host the second annual Live, Love, Thrive Women’s Conference, which is presented by 360Karma and is co-sponsored by the City and its Women’s Advisory Board.

The two-day event will kick off on Friday, November 3, 2017 with a networking mixer from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. followed by the inaugural SHE TANK from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. SHE TANK is a competition in which female entrepreneurs pitch a panel of successful women investors to receive funding and support.

The Live, Love, Thrive Women’s Conference will take place on Saturday, November 4, 2017 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The all-day conference will feature speakers, networking opportunities, a luncheon, musical performances, film shorts about extraordinary women, and the SHE TANK winners.  The multi-talented international star Susan Anton will perform and emcee the day. There will also be the 360Karma Women Trailblazer Awards presentation, which will honor successful women who give back and pay it forward, including Cat Cora, celebrity chef and author; Carolyn Olavarria, General Manager, Honda DTLA; Kym Gold, Co-Founder, True Religion jeans brand; and Julie Smolyansky, CEO, Lifeway Foods and Founder Test400k.

The SHE TANK pitch competition and the Live, Love, Thrive Women’s Conference will take place at the City of West Hollywood’s City Council Chambers/Public Meeting Room at the West Hollywood Library, located at 625 N. San Vicente Boulevard.

The conference will conclude with a celebratory wrap party with food, drinks, and networking from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at PUMP, located at 8948 Santa Monica Boulevard.

Tickets to SHE TANK are $25 for general seating or $35 for VIP seating in advance, or $30 for general seating only at the door. Tickets to the Live, Love, Thrive Women’s Conference (including lunch and the PUMP after-party) are $65 for general seating or $125 for VIP seating and the Live, Love, Thrive book in advance, or $95 for general seating only at the door. A percentage of the ticket sales will benefit Test400k, a nonprofit organization dedicated to ending violence against women. For more information about Test400k, please visit www.test400k.org.
