Come out to West Hollywood Park for this fun and exciting event! Certificate of Appreciation will be awarded to all participants. Great prized for guardians and pets will be awarded in several different categories including: Scariest Costume, Look-A-Like (pet and guardian), Most Creative Costume, Most Colorful Costume and Best Costume. Admission is free. All pets must be in good health, retrained by leashes (or other means) and have ALL applicable immunizations. Proof of immunization must be shown.
