Election Information


                                                MARCH 7, 2017

On Tuesday, March 7, 2017, the City of West Hollywood will hold its Municipal Election.  This will allow the Citizens of West Hollywood to elect two (2) members to the City Council.   The March 7, 2017 Election will be consolidated with, and conducted by the County Registrar-Recorder County Clerk's office.  Below please find information on the election, if you have specific questions, please contact the City Clerk's Office at 323-848-6409.

The California Secretary of State’s Voter Registration page allows you to register online. You must be 18 years of age, a United States citizen, and a resident of California.  You will need your California driver license, the last four (4) digits of your social security number, and your date of birth.  The last day to register to vote for the June 2, 2015 Special Election has passed; however you may register to vote for future elections by clicking the link above.

When you visit the Los Angeles County Registrar/Recorder’s Voting & Elections page, you will find additional information and resources related to elections.  You can apply to be a pollworker.  You can sign-up to receive your sample ballot via email.  In addition, there is information about voter and community outreach.
