The Department of Public Works provides supervision for the development and maintenance of programs to improve parking, mobility, and infrastructure in the public right-of-way. The Department Director oversees the Divisions of Parking, Transportation, Commercial Code Compliance and Engineering. Our Director of Public Works is Oscar Delgado.
