Provides free outpatient substance abuse treatment for gay and bisexual men who use methamphetamine. The program combines group counseling with an intervention that gives rewards for submitting urine samples that show no recent us of methamphetamine. The program lasts six months: Phase I consists of groups three nights per week for eight weeks. Phase II consists of group one night a week for 24 more weeks.
