Senior Advisory Board

The Senior Advisory Board was created on July 6, 1987 and consists of eleven (11) members who provide information and guidance for all matters relating to the planning, development and coordination of services for older residents. The Board acts as an advocate and provides linkage between residents, organizations, city officials and the general community. The Board promotes and stimulates public interest in problems of the elderly and solicits the cooperation of public and private agencies and institutions sharing mutual values and goals. Members serve a two-year term starting June 1st and expiring May 31st of odd numbered years.
