Halloween Carnaval Information
The West Hollywood Halloween Costume Carnaval will be held from 6 p.m. to 12 midnight, along Santa Monica Boulevard, between Doheny Drive and La Cienega Boulevard in West Hollywood. The Citywill crown comedian Kathy Griffin "Queen of the Carnaval" and "Will and Grace" star Leslie Jordan "Honorary Mayor" of the 2004 West Hollywood Halloween Costume Carnaval where they will officially reign over hundreds of thousands of revelers.
The City of West Hollywood will suspend permit parking for the Halloween Carnaval from 5 p.m., October 31, 2004 to 7 a.m., November 1, 2004. Carnival-goers are asked to observe the boundaries of West Hollywood; if parking occurs in the City of Los Angeles, all parking restrictions must be observed.
