The City's Inclusionary Housing Program (WHMC 19.22) requires 20% of units in new housing projects to be affordable for income qualifying households.
Inclusionary Housing Schedules
Maximum rents, household income, and sales prices for the Inclusionary Housing Program are adjusted annually.
The City maintains wait lists of inclusionary housing applicants. Currently, the Moderate Income wait list is open. The Lower Income wait list is closed.
