beWellWeHo: "Resilience" The Mindfulness Series

As part of our Mindfulness Series, we're offering two opportunities to join our #BeWellWeho classes where we'll be covering the topic of "Resilience."

Working with our challenges in life requires skills and abilities not to lose insight.  Resilience is the necessary tool to create opportunities out of our stressful life experiences. During this class, participants will learn how to identify their weakness and turn them into strength and greater possibilities. Practical tools will be also discussed.

Everyone over 18 is welcome, and classes are just $3. To register click here.

Two sessions: 3:00PM – 4:30PM or 6:00PM – 7:30PM
