Join Psychopomp Dance, Jewish Family Services and The City of West Hollywood on May 15th for an evening celebrating dance, storytelling and Jewish Art for all ages.
Starting at 6:30PM enjoy refreshments and a craft fair showcasing a variety of artists.
At 7PM Psychopomp Dance, LA's acrobatic Jewish dance company, presents their exciting and narrative dance work Der Golem with a short post show talk back. Heralded as masterfully choreographed, in Der Golem Psychopomp re-invents the Jewish folkloric creature of the Golem. Through ritualistic acrobatic dance, a sewing machine and unique textiles our characters create a massive fabric sculptural Golem before the audience’s very eyes. Guaranteed to be a fun filled and meaningful dance and art event great for all ages.
