Celebrating West Hollywood's 40th year of cityhood with Art in Odd Places 2025: VOICES, an outdoor public visual and performance art festival featuring over 35 artists. The festival will take place at Plummer Park on Friday, July 25; West Hollywood Park on Saturday, July 26; and  Sunset Boulevard on Sunday July 27.
