Proposal:
The project request is for the demolition of the existing dwelling unit on site and the development of a new, 41-unit, multi-family residential apartment building. This is a 100% affordable housing project in which 40 units are affordable and one unit is dedicated to an on-site building manager. The project includes one level of underground parking, ground floor community amenities and two building management offices.
The proposed project is being developed for the City of West Hollywood by Community Corporation, which will also serve as property manager after occupancy.
Community outreach/neighborhood meeting to share our project with our neighbors, answer questions, and obtain feedback as we move forward in the planning process with the City. (Project site consists of two adjacent, City-owned parcels, south of the existing parking lot along Santa Monica Blvd.)
