Community outreach/neighborhood meeting to share our project with our neighbors, answer questions, and obtain feedback as we move forward in the planning process with the City.
Proposal:
The project request is a conditional use permit to convert an existing commercial building with office/live work units into 6 hotel rooms. The Javista coffee shop on the ground floor & mezzanine is existing to remain. The breakfast restaurant at the northeast corner is proposed to be replaced with a hotel room. The second-floor includes two existing office spaces, which are proposed to be converted into two hotel rooms. The third-floor includes 2 existing live work units and is proposed to be replaced with 2 hotel rooms.
There are 5 parking spaces on site at the rear of the building and will remain unchanged.
There are no proposed changes to the exterior of the building.
