The City of West Hollywood Disabilities Advisory Board invites you to attend the 20th Annual Disabilities Health & Wellness Fair on Thursday, October 9, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at Plummer Park Community Center, 7377 Santa Monica Boulevard, West Hollywood, CA 90069. Join us for a free community event presented in partnership with Cedars-Sinai and community partners. This year’s theme, Wellness Without Limits, celebrates all abilities and brings together a variety of resources, activities, and opportunities to connect.
