Proposal: The applicant is proposing a new four-story multi-family residential building at 1280 N. Sweetzer Avenue, introducing nine (9) units - 8 market rate and one moderate-income with an approximate combined residential floor area of 10,510 square feet. The proposal includes a subterranean parking garage.
