The West Hollywood Small Business Foundation proudly announces the launch of WeLead Academy, a first-of-its-kind 8-week professional development program designed to cultivate entrepreneurial leadership, personal growth, and civic engagement among small business owners, executives, and aspiring entrepreneurs in West Hollywood developed in partnership with Dubb Value Creation and made possible by a generous grant from the City of West Hollywood.
WeLead Academy launches with an orientation on Thursday, September 11, 2025, and runs through November. The program blends practical business training with leadership development, creating a pipeline of changemakers ready to innovate, collaborate, and make a lasting impact.
