The City of West Hollywood is helping to get the word out about Metro’s Sunset Boulevard Bus Priority Lanes Project. The project focuses on a 4.3-mile stretch of Sunset Boulevard in the City of Los Angeles, from Havenhurst Drive (just east of West Hollywood’s eastern city boundary) to Vermont Avenue.
Metro proposes adding bus priority lanes for Line 2 on weekdays during peak travel hours to improve efficiency and reliability for riders. Every day, more than 20,000 riders travel along this corridor, and the proposed improvements aim to help buses move faster and more smoothly.
Metro will host a virtual community meeting via Zoom to share information and gather feedback about the project:
