FAM tells the story of a Blackqueer Pastor's kid who fights to get their mind right after an abusive relationship sends them running from their Alabama home.
Blue grew up following all the rules in their strict southern Christian home, the only place they could ever be themselves was with friends as odd as them or their ungovernable cousin Charity. When circumstance sends them back to their parents' alma mater to earn a Pastoral Studies Masters, Blue struggles to tell the difference between themeselves and the traumas they've collected along the way.
With original music by m, this choreopoem immerses audiences in the mind of an unholy PK trying to get free.
