The Russian-speaking Advisory Board provides information on issues relating to the planning, development, and coordination of services to the Russian-speaking Community and makes recommendations to Council relative to the adoption of programs, policies or ordinances of benefit to the constituency.

You are required to register to speak via Zoom by emailing rabpubliccomment@weho.org no later than 12:00 p.m. on the Russian-speaking Advisory Board’s meeting day, to be added to the Zoom Public Speaker List for the meeting. Please include your name, the phone number from which you will be calling, and which item(s) you would like to speak on. 2. Dial-in 10 minutes prior to the start of the meeting (the meeting begins at 7:00 p.m.). The Zoom link to the meeting will be sent to you upon receipt of the email or a phone call.
