The owner/applicant has submitted a development application for the Melrose Triangle project, an approximately 461,594-square-foot mixed-use residential-retail development at the triangular site bounded by Santa Monica Boulevard, Almont Drive, and Melrose Avenue. The proposed project would include 282 residential apartments, including 66 affordable income units; approximately 117,148 square feet of commercial space; and 527 parking spaces in three levels of subterranean parking.
