Proposal:  "Robertson Row" Commercial Development Project

The applicant proposes to redevelop the entire, approximately 2.27-acre site contained within the Robertson Lane Specific Plan area located along North Robertson Boulevard, North La Peer Drive, and Santa Monica Boulevard.  The proposed "Robertson Row" project would involve demolition of existing structures on the site and the construction of four (4) one-to-three story buildings, including the rehabilitated Factory Building.  Retail, F&B/Cafe, health/wellness, and gallery uses would be located throughout the buildings, which would  total approximately 107,000 above-ground square feet.  The proposed project also includes a new 120-foot billboard structure on Santa Monica Boulevard with two full-motion digital sign faces.  The proposed project would incorporate substantial outdoor dining space, terraces, and pedestrian pathways that enhance interconnectivity between La Peer Drive, Santa Monica Boulevard, and West Hollywood Park.   The proposed project also would include a two story subterranean parking garage beneath a portion of the project site.  The project involves amendments to the previously approved Robertson Lane Specific Plan.
