Proposal:  Request to change the existing 2,500-SF karaoke lounge to a music lounge that includes an ABC Type 48 liquor license. There will be no change to the current permitted hours of operation which are from 10am -  2am daily. The karaoke lounge at this location is no longer in operation. The property owner would like to replace this use with a music lounge which may offer amplified live music and food may be served subordinate to the sale of alcoholic beverages. Construction will be interior only - there will be no exterior modifications or construction.

The neighborhood meeting, conducted via Zoom, will include a brief presentation of the proposed request, an opportunity for community members to provide comments, and a question-and-answer period.
