Yvonne Quarker is the City of West Hollywood’s Director of Community Services, overseeing the City’s Event Services and Recreation Services Divisions. She has worked at the City of West Hollywood for over two decades. Prior to her role as Director of Community Services, Yvonne served as Director of Administrative Services and, before that, she was City Clerk for six years, Assistant City Clerk for nearly three years, and held positions in the City’s Rent Stabilization Division, and former Legal Services Division.

Prior to joining the City, Yvonne worked for the Downtown Center Business Improvement District and served as an Administrative Coordinator and Marketing Specialist for five years. She has an Associate of Arts Degree in Political Science, holds the designation of Certified Municipal Clerk (CMC) and is a member of the California Park & Recreation Society and the National Recreation and Park Association.

In her role as Director of Community Services, she oversees programs and projects in the department that are focused on community and major events, recreation programming at the City’s two parks and aquatics center, and community outreach and engagement.
