This request has no effect unless granted by the Department. However, the first request is typically granted, but in no event may the hearing begin 90 days after receipt of the hearing request. Be sure to state the reason(s) you cannot attend your hearing date. Please bring in to City Hall or fax to: 323-848-6567.
