An individual requesting a hearing to contest an administrative citation may submit written argument and documentation in lieu of attending a hearing in person. Must be submitted under penalty of perjury no later than the date of the scheduled hearing. Please return completed form and any documentation to the Legal Services Division at West Hollywood City Hall.
