The City of West Hollywood has launched a new online Permit & License Portal, and you must register to renew your business license(s). To register, please visit the City’s portal at: City of West Hollywood Permit & License Portal to create an account and email code@weho.org to link your business license account(s). Additional Document Requirements
The following business license types require additional paperwork that must be submitted via the online portal, please complete the form and uploaded.
Peddlers Business License (Food/Vehicle): Food Peddler Renewal Form
1. Copy of Los Angeles County Operating Health Permit
2. Fire Inspection
Valet Business License: VAL-000000
1. Route Plan
2. Proof of Insurance, see Insurance Requirements
3. If operating on the public right-of-way, all encroachment permits must be in good standing.
Sidewalk Vendor: SWV-00000

All submission with missing paperwork will be deemed as incomplete and their renewal will not be processed until all documents are submitted.
Note: Pursuant to West Hollywood Municipal Code section 5.08.130, all City fees must be paid prior to renewing your regulatory business license. Examples include, Business Tax Certificate, Encroachment Permits, and any Business Improvement District fee.
