On October 17, 2016, City Council adopted a Tobacco Retailers Business License requirement for all businesses that are involved in the sales of tobacco and tobacco related products.

A Tobacco Retailer any person who sells tobacco, tobacco products or tobacco paraphernalia.

Tobacco Products include (but are not limited to):

• cigarettes
• cigars
• little cigars
• chewing tobacco
• pipe tobacco
• Electronic cigarettes devices
• E-juice (for use with electronic cigarettes)
