The Community Services Department enhances quality of life by creating inclusive, engaging, and accessible experiences for residents and visitors alike. Through our dedicated divisions, we offer a broad range of services—from world-class events and expert logistical support, to year-round recreation and aquatics programming for all ages.  The Community Services Department is committed to building a stronger, more connected community rooted in pride and participation.

The Department is made up of two Divisions:

Our Event Services Division partners with world-class event producers to deliver safe, vibrant, and memorable experiences, offering expert logistical support, streamlined permitting, and exceptional customer service.

Our Recreation Services Division provides a wide range of activities, fitness programs, community events, sports, excursions, and aquatic programming for all ages at the City’s parks, pool, and recreation centers.
