Residential parking permits NOT making changes are to be renewed onlineThis service is only available to those accounts with no changes from the previous year. In order to renew online, you will need your account information, which can be found on your Renewal Letter.

Accounts that require any adjustments, such as adding a new vehicle(s) or additional resident(s), must be processed by MAIL, as new documentation is required for vetting and approval. Permit parking Renewal Letters are mailed out 6 weeks in advance of a District's renewal period.

If you have renewed your account and have NOT received your permits by the new permit period's effective date, 5-day temporary Visitor Parking Permits may be obtained at City Hall's Permit Parking Counter during regular business hours. A valid photo I.D. and your Proof of Residence is required.

5-Day temporary Visitor Parking Permits are NOT available at the King's Road Parking Garage office or at the Sheriff's Station.
