Although two-thirds of West Hollywood residents receive water from the City of Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, the City of West Hollywood provides its own sewage and sanitation services. The sewer and solid waste/recycling service fees are direct benefit assessments that are included as part of the property tax bill.

Los Angeles Department of Water and Power sewage fee increases do not apply to West Hollywood Residents. For more clarification, contact the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power at (800) 540-0952 or visit LADWP.
