The Citywide Traffic and Mobility Study (CTMS) examines the immediate and future transportation needs of the City of West Hollywood through the update of the City’s Transportation Demand Management (TDM) Ordinance, prioritizing project needs and the update of the City’s traffic impact fees.

The project looks at a series of mobility performance metrics that are key indicators of the health of our transportation ecosystem.  The project also includes the establishment of a mobility monitoring program which will provide updates every two years to keep track of the City’s efforts.
