Visitor Permits (Free – Points)
Digital/virtual permits for short-term visitors. No fee, but usage draws from a monthly points balance that resets each month.
How it works: Each activation uses points; when points are exhausted, wait for the next monthly reset.
Redeem:Online via the portal (recommended) or in person at Kings Road Garage (8:00 a.m.–12:00 a.m.).
Permit-by-Plate. Residential permits are permit-by-plate OR by display. Permit-by-Plate (PBP) is where the vehicle's license plate is used in lieu of a physical permit.
Residential permits MUST be accurately assigned to the vehicle's license plate. New vehicles should register the temporary plate. Outdated license plate information may lead to erroneous citations. Once permanent plates are received, update the vehicle's plate. Active registration is required; misuse may result in citation, tow, or revocation. Maximum residential permits per address is 4.

Guest Permit (Annual)
Price: $39 (or $19 prorated on/after the district prorate start date).
Maximum of two guest permits per address each cycle.
Residents may opt to use a guest permit without penalty in lieu of a residential permit.
Lost/Stolen after 21 days: replacement fee by tier — $49 / $74 / $114 (max 3 per renewal cycle).
Visitor Permit (Free – Monthly Points)
No fee. Each activation deducts from your monthly points balance. Most eligible addresses are allocated 100 points each month. Some addresses are restricted to 50 points a year or are completely ineligible. Contact the Parking Permit Office if you are unsure of your eligibility.
Monthly reset. Points refresh each month (see your portal account for your current balance and history).
