For parking needs that do not fall into the standard 1-3 night tour bus category—such as permanent oversized storage, long-term construction staging, or parking within City-operated garages and lots—the City evaluates requests on a case-by-case basis.

What to Include in Your Request:

• Vehicle Specs: Type, dimensions (L/H/W), and quantity.
• Location: Preferred street, lot, or proximity to business.
• Duration: Start/end dates (including permanent needs).
• Purpose: Description of the operational need.

Requests for non-predesignated areas may require coordination with Code Enforcement and Engineering.

Lost or Stolen Permits

A permit reported lost/stolen is immediately voided. Vehicles displaying voided permits are subject to citation and impound.

• Free Replacement: Eligible once per cycle if reported within 21 days with a USPS Missing Mail claim receipt.
• Paid Replacement: Full price applies if reported after 21 days or criteria are not met.
