Home MenuCommercial Parking Permits for Your Business
Welcome! This program allows eligible local businesses to purchase parking permits for their employees, providing access to specific on-street parking spaces in residential and metered areas where longer-term temporary parking is scarce. Not all businesses are eligible.
Before you sign a new lease or apply for a permit, please review the critical information below to ensure the program meets your needs.
▶︎ Important: Please Read Before You Apply
To help you make the right choice, please be aware of these key rules.
- ✅ New Businesses: Check Parking First!
We strongly encourage new businesses to contact our Parking Division to verify parking requirements and permit eligibility for your location before signing a lease. - ⚠️ No Refunds, No Prorating by Week
Please do not delay. Permits are sold for full months or quarters only. Refunds are not issued for unused time. Please purchase carefully. - 📍 Permits Are Tied to Your Business Address
Eligibility is based on your business's physical address. If you move, your permits are not transferable. You must submit a new application for the new location. - 🔄 Annual Application Required
Permits are not guaranteed year-to-year. All accounts are subject to availability and require an annual application. The Parking Division has final discretion on all permit approvals.
