As a non-resident owner, you can purchase one Guest Permit. This permit is exclusively for your personal use. Please submit an application online to begin.

To confirm your eligibility, you will need to provide two key documents during your application or renewal:

1. Proof of Your Ownership:

• A copy of your current property tax bill, OR
• A copy of your property deed or mortgage statement.

2. Proof That You Don't Live There:

• A copy of the complete and valid lease agreement for the property.
