About Us:

The Transportation & Mobility Division plans, manages, and operates programs that support safe, efficient, and equitable travel throughout West Hollywood. The Division oversees both daily transportation services and long-term initiatives designed to improve safety and expand mobility options for residents, businesses, and visitors.

The Division manages and implements active transportation and mobility planning initiatives, including adopted plans and policies that shape the City's transportation network. This includes advancing capital projects, delivering mobility improvements, and implementing Vision Zero traffic safety initiatives.

The Division operates local public transportation services such as CityLine, The PickUp, Dial-A-Ride, and fare subsidy programs, while coordinating with regional transit providers to strengthen connections to the broader transit system.

In addition, the Division administers shared and emerging mobility programs, including the City's dockless mobility program, personal delivery device program, and transportation demand management efforts through the GoWeHo Transportation Management Organization (TMO). Through initiatives such as Walk-Bike-Roll, the Division promotes safe and convenient transportation options for all.
