The Communications Department provides a variety of support services to City Departments and the City Council. The Department coordinates Communications outreach for all City issues, programs and services. The Communications Department provides its services professionally, objectively and compassionately. Our Director of Communications is Lisa Marie Belsanti.

The City’s Communications Department developed its Strategic Plan during the course of two years in order to provide West Hollywood City Hall staff members and members of the West Hollywood City Council a wide-ranging roadmap to increase effectiveness in communicating with the public and engaging with the community.
