The City of West Hollywood administers the Inclusionary Housing Program. The affordable units in the inclusionary housing program are filled through the City's existing low and moderate income waiting lists. The moderate income waiting list is currently closed.

The City of West Hollywood also offers a list of affordable housing resources, which provides additional information about local non-profits and other government agencies providing affordable housing programs.
