The heart of West Hollywood, Santa Monica Boulevard, pulses with excitement on Halloween night as hundreds of thousands of Halloween revelers flock to the famous boulevard for the notorious West Hollywood Halloween Costume Carnaval on October 31st.

The City of West Hollywood presented the Annual Women's Leadership Conference. The Conference provided inspiration, motivation as well as the tools and resources for women to play a leading role in their personal life, career and in their communities.

The Annual Russian Style Festival is a family oriented community event which is designed to share the Russian culture including art, music, food and business with the West Hollywood community (approximately 20% of which is Russian-speaking population) and the Greater Los Angeles metro area.

June is recognized as Pride Month by the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender community worldwide. The City of West Hollywood celebrates pride through the artistic contributions of the LGBT community with the One City One Pride queer arts festival in late May and June.
