The FAA has funded a County-wide helicopter noise complaint system for one year called the LA Helicopter Noise Initiative.  Residents can visit http://heli-noise-la.com/  or call (424) 348-HELI (4354) to file complaints.

In addition, the City of West Hollywood has worked with the Professional Helicopter Pilots Association (PHPA) over the years to minimize the impact of flights over West Hollywood. The PHPA has a Fly Neighborly "Hot Spot" program, and citizens can send complaints to hotspot@phpa.org
