The City of West Hollywood provides public tennis courts at Plummer Park and West Hollywood Park. Plummer Park has seven (7) lighted tennis courts and 1 paddle court. Plummer Park also has a small pro-shop where tennis related services and retail items are offered to the community. West Hollywood Park has three (3) lighted tennis courts on the rooftop of the 5-story parking structure. 

Tennis courts at both Plummer Park & West Hollywood Park can be reserved ahead of time by downloading and utilizing the playbypoint app on your phone or by visiting www.playbypoint.com.The tennis courts can be found in the playbypoint app under 'Tennacity at West Hollywood: Plummer Park.' & 'Tennacity at West Hollywood: West Hollywood Park.'

All tennis courts will be closed during inclement weather and will not be opened until playing conditions and surfaces are deemed safe and free from any puddles, streaks or potential hazards. Pickleball & Tennis Rules & Regulations

1.) No more than six (6) pickleballs/tennis balls shall be allowed on the courts at any time, 
except during City authorized instruction from Tennacity staff.

2.) Teaching is not allowed on the courts, except during City authorized instruction from Tennacity staff.

3.) All courts are to be used for pickleball & tennis play or City authorized programs only. Volleyball, soccer, basketball, or other unrelated sport(s) are not allowed.

4.) Animals are not allowed on the courts with the exception of service animals, which must be on a leash not more than six (6) feet long and not interfere with the play of other courts.

5.) Bicycles, scooters, skateboards or roller skates are not allowed on the courts, unless part of an approved City authorized program.

6.) Only persons wearing tennis shoes shall be allowed. Black soled shoes that leave marks are not allowed.

7.) All courts will be closed during inclement weather and will not be opened until playing conditions and surfaces are deemed safe and free from any puddles, streaks or potential hazards.

8.) Personal nets, posts, or any other non Tennacity or City provided equipment may not be set up without city approved authorization.

9.) All food must be properly disposed of in the trash receptacles and glass containers are prohibited on the courts to maintain safety and cleanliness.

10.) Play at your own risk. The City of West Hollywood and Tennacity are not responsible for 
injuries, damages to property, or lost/stolen items.

11.) Tennis court reservations shall be made for the use of tennis play only. Pickleball court reservations shall be made for the use of pickleball play only. Converting a tennis court into two pickleball courts without City authorization is prohibited.

12.) A reserved court may be forfeited if it is not occupied after fifteen (15) minutes.

13.) All courts are for registered players only. Registered players are responsible for the actions 
and behaviors of all members in their reservation. A maximum of four (4) registered players are allowed per court reservation. Spectators must remain outside the courts and may not interfere with play.                                              *exception: City-authorized programs managed by Tennacity staff.

14.) Private events, tournaments, or organized group activities are not permitted without prior City approval. Event packages are available.

15.) City authorized programs have priority over all other uses.

16.) A valid Film Permit issued by the West Hollywood Film Office is required for all shoots on city property.

17.) Between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM, all players are to keep music at a reasonable volume while using the courts. Between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, no noise shall be made by any stereo, television, musical instrument, or similar device that is plainly audible from a distance of 25 feet or more per the City’s Noise Ordinance.

18.) All players are expected to treat all other players & staff respectfully. Unacceptable actions include:
- Being abusive, physically violent, or showing aggression towards another player or staff. 
- Intimidating and/or threatening another player or staff.
- Creating a danger to another player or staff.
- Vulgar and/or offensive language.

Violations of the West Hollywood Pickleball & Tennis Rules & Regulations may result in loss of booking and play privileges.
