The West Hollywood Care Team provides compassionate, on-demand behavioral health support 24/7, including holidays. Whether you're experiencing a crisis, need wellness support, or require connection to resources, the Care Team is here to help.

Services Provided by the Care Team
The Care Team specializes in non-emergency behavioral health support, including:
โ Crisis stabilization & intervention
โ Wellness checks & safety planning
โ Resource connections & follow-up care
Our approach is trauma-informed, harm-reduction based, and culturally competent to ensure every individual receives respectful, stigma-free care. The Care Team operates in an unmarked vehicle without lights or sirens to provide discreet, compassionate support.
The Care Team also responds to direct referrals from trusted partners, including:
- West Hollywood Sheriffโs Station
- LA County Fire Stations 7 & 8
- Block by Block Security Ambassadors
- Other City-approved partners
Homeless Concern Line
In addition to receiving referral calls through their public line, the Care Team monitors the Cityโs Homeless Concern Line at (323) 848-6590. The line is answered in real time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, including holidays.
Immediate Mental Health Support Options
If you need immediate mental health support but do not require an in-person response, call 988 for assistance. The 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline is available 24/7, providing confidential emotional support and guidance from trained crisis counselors. As a nationwide resource, 988 ensures accessible, professional support for anyone in need, anytime, anywhere.

Who Operates the Care Team?
The City of West Hollywood selected Sycamores, a leading behavioral health nonprofit, to operate the Care Team. Sycamores brings decades of experience in mobile crisis response, behavioral health care, and community-based support.
