"Seniors in Action" is the City's new monthly gathering for adults 55+ in collaboration with the West Hollywood Comprehensive Services Center. Investigates reports of alleged endangerment to adults aged 18 and older who have severe mental or physical disabilities or are in extremely poor health to the extent that they are unable to remove the danger or remove themselves from the danger - or to people age 65 and older who suffer from physical or emotional abuse, abandonment or neglect.

JEWISH FAMILY SERVICE (JFS)
JFS - Central Access
Central Access provides a one call approach to individuals and families seeking assistance. Social workers offer information and referral and linkage to social services, case management and counseling support. Services are delivered in several languages and are culturally and linguistically sensitive. A wide array of programs are offered including senior services, counseling,
support groups, food and meal support, and transportation service.

Senior Services include counseling, case management, emergency check-in, recreation and education classes and excursions. Disability Specialist available for case management.
JFS - Freda Mohr Multipurpose Center

Provides comprehensive, innovative services to older adults and their caregivers in the Beverly-Fairfax community including case management, counseling and recreational programs. Also located at the Center is the JFS Eichenbaum Health Center that offers a gym experience where older adults improve mobility, strength and balance and stay physically fit in a supportive environment.
